Not the right connectors for the frame.

I ordered the wagon canopy for my XL wide wagon. The order was placed on July 30 and i didn’t get my package until August 19th. When it arrived I seen the canopy was the right size and everything was there but when I went to put it on the frame of the wagon the parts are not compatible. I am waiting to hear back from someone to get it right. I have been emailing to first see where it was since it took a while to get it and now I’m waiting to get another answer if they have the right parts. Still waiting to hear back as of Aug 21.
